LAS wants your views

Kingston and Richmond residents are being asked for their experiences of the London Ambulance Service to help shape their services going forward.

The London Ambulance Service (LAS) has asked Healthwatches in Kingston and Richmond to help gather feedback which can be used to improve the care they provide for Londoners. As well as the emergency ambulance service, LAS also provides some 999 or NHS 111 support.

Healthcare professionals, members of the voluntary sector and members of the public (those with or without experience of using LAS) are all invited to give feedback on the services which will directly influence the priorities in their next strategy (2023 – 2028).

To help shape the future of the London Ambulance Service, there are surveys available for both boroughs.

Those living or working in Kingston can attend a virtual London Ambulance Q&A event with Healthwatch Kingston, which will give attendees the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about LAS. You can also fill out an online survey.
