We want to involve as many local people in our work as we can.
It’s very important that we learn more about what you think, and hear from different communities – especially people experiencing health inequalities – to ensure everyone gets the best quality care.
Patient participation groups
Generally made up of a group of volunteer patients, the practice manager and one or more of the GPs from the practice, patient participation groups meet on a regular basis to discuss the services on offer, and how improvements can be made for the benefit of patients, the practice, and the wider practices within their primary care network.
If you are interested in joining your patient participation group within your GP surgery, please contact the Practice Manager.
Members of Patient Participation Groups from surgeries in Sutton also meet every two months as the Patient Reference Group. They give feedback to professionals from a variety of local health and care services about their service’s work in Sutton.
If you’re interested in joining this group, please speak to your Patient Participation Group first.
