Kingston and Richmond residents are being asked for their experiences of the London Ambulance Service to help shape their services going forward.
The London Ambulance Service (LAS) has asked Healthwatches in Kingston and Richmond to help gather feedback which can be used to improve the care they provide for Londoners. As well as the emergency ambulance service, LAS also provides some 999 or NHS 111 support.
Healthcare professionals, members of the voluntary sector and members of the public (those with or without experience of using LAS) are all invited to give feedback on the services which will directly influence the priorities in their next strategy (2023 – 2028).
To help shape the future of the London Ambulance Service, there are surveys available for both boroughs.
This is a really good opportunity for people to get involved with shaping their local services. We all know that the London Ambulance Service does an excellent job under immense pressure, but they have asked Healthwatch to carry out this engagement to make sure they are doing all they can, in the best way they can, for Londoners.”
